I love what I do because I get to watch families train together and connect with one another while making positive lifetime memories. Seeing the look of accomplishment on a students' face when they achieve a skill set they have worked hard to achieve is simply priceless.

Harmony KeelInstructor, Vortexic Martial Arts

A little about me

Instructor Keel started her Taekwondo journey in Colorado under Grand Master Robert Stevens of Stevens Taekwondo. After years of training, following the birth of her first child, she took a break from Taekwondo to focus on raising her family.

She always had a special place in her heart for Taekwondo, and was excited when the opportunity arose to join the Vortexic family.

More about me

Her entire family, husband Ben and five children (also known as Keel Team 7), love participating in the Vortexic program together.

Instructor Keel works part time as a Speech Language Pathologist and has a passion working with children and adults with disabilities. Keel Team 7 also enjoys a bit of a nomadic life and love to travel across country in their RV.
