WE NEED YOUR HELP! ALIENS ARE INVADING!
News reports are coming in from everywhere. Aliens have begun invading and they are heading to VORTEXIC MARTIAL ARTS. We need your help! Here is what you can do:
- Bring your child to the Blaster Wars Parents Night Out
- Make sure they bring their Nerf Gun (we will provide darts)
- Go out and relax while we have an Epic Nerf Battle here at VORTEXIC

In consideration for my child(ren)’s attendance and participation in Parent's night out by Vortexic Martial Arts, I the parent/guardian acknowledge the existence of certain inherent risks in this type of training and hereby agree to assume all risks. I further relieve (VMA), it’s management, assigned staff and fellow students, and/or agents of the above from any liability resulting from loss, whether personal belongings or bodily injury on the premises leased or owned by (VMA). I also hereby state, that my child(ren) is/are physically fit to take attend PNO activities and do so of my own free will in exchange for an agreed upon fee. I understand there are no refunds.
